Good price. Stopped my hair loss and brittle fingernails.

As soon as I stopped taking these<I noticed within a couple of days.Makes a huge difference with my nails.

I’ve just about finished my first bottle of these, and I’m pretty satisfied with them so far.
First and foremost, nails. I’ve always been a nail biter, but once I started taking these I set my mind to stopping and my nails have grown beautifully. They’re much stronger than they used to be, I remember at least one occasion where I knocked my nail and was shocked to find it hadn’t broken — before these vitamins, it definitely would not survived that impact.
Because I’ve always been a nail biter, it’s hard for me to comment on growth speed (mine never had a chance to get very long. However, I’ve had friends remark that they’ve grown very quickly, so I guess that means they’re doing pretty good.

As for hair, I think growth has sped up slightly in some places other than my head. Personally I don’t really care, especially since it’s winter I hardly notice. I would say, don’t worry about that too much — it’s not noticeable. I think my head hair growth has accelerated slightly, and I’m only one bottle in. It’s too early to comment on health: it takes months for a noticeable difference in hair health to develop, with vitamins that’s just how it is. I’m hopeful though.
